Quotes and acceptance. A quote does not bind you until you have accepted it in writing. Its validity period is stated in the individual quote.

Listings. A published listing is not a guarantee that the company is still available. Status, documentation, price and terms are confirmed in writing before an offer. Company names and owner details are not published without approval.

Advice. TECLA does not provide legal or tax advice. Where a matter requires it, a lawyer or accountant is brought in and the cost is shown separately.

Official processing time. Registration with Brønnøysundregistrene is controlled by the authorities. TECLA is answerable for its own part of the work, not for their processing time.

Governing law. Norwegian law. Venue is Oslo.
