How we handle your information.

What we collect. What you enter in the contact form: name, email address, optional phone number, which service the enquiry concerns, and your message. We also record the page and service the enquiry came from, any campaign parameters and the referring domain. A technical submission ID and the time from opening to submitting the form are used to prevent duplicates and abuse. We never ask for passports, national identity numbers or other sensitive documents through this form.
Purpose and legal basis. The information is used solely to answer and follow up your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, and — once an agreement is entered into — performance of that agreement.
Where it is stored. In TECLA Cloud. The information is never sold and never shared with third parties, except a lawyer or accountant brought into your own case — and then only after you have agreed.
How long. Enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Where a client relationship exists, the information is kept for as long as accounting and bookkeeping rules require.
Your rights. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email LH@tecla.no. If you believe we handle your information incorrectly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
Optional website analytics: with your consent, TECLA uses Google Analytics to understand website use. Google receives visit, browser and device information; enquiry form contents are excluded. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. See the cookie information for storage details and Google's privacy policy for Google's processing. With consent, we also measure clicks on WhatsApp, phone, email and PDF links, and confirmed enquiry submissions.
